Russia made a admission that it had violated the bi-lateral agreement on the stationing
of the Russian BSF in Sevastopol. "We acknowleged there were violations of basic agreements on basing the Russion BSF in Sevastopol"-
said Russian navy commander Adm. Vladimir Vysotsky. He said that those were serious violations and those responsible will
be punished, quite heavily at that.
There will be no renovation of Russian Black Sea Fleet and never will. Russian
BSF must withdraw from the base in Sevastopol in 2017.

euros. If Burlakov will sign the deal with Gazprom it shows us that Burlakov bought this company, bankrupted this company
for only one reason - to sell it to Gazprom.
It is political deal. Gazprom is a Russian government company is trying not to loose control
over economic and political processes of
European countries. But Gazprom does not have money right now.

plant today early morning in local time.. A wall and part of the roof of the plant callapsed. Water from a nearbly reservoir

personality and its consequences, according to which all the evidence of Stalin's cult of personality must be removed.

the slogan praising Stalin.
One of the phrases of the slogan " we have been raised by Stalin" sounds as a mockery to
those millions people who perished in Stalin's labor camps.
How and why it happened? Who support this "reabilitation" of Stalin-murder? Obviosly those
who relatieves with blood on their hands. There were no a lustration law in Russia designed to cleanse state employment rolls
of anyone who had collaborated with Stalin's, Brezhnev's and other soviet government especially with the secret police.
Because of it Russian authorities can do whatever they want and just ignore people's oppinion.

Today in Poland there were commemorations to mark the 70th anniversary of the start of the
Second World War. Leaders and dignitaries from 20 countries came to Poland.
Russian Prime Minister Putin during ceremonies of this event called the Stalin-Hitler
pact " a mistake". "A mistake"?
After a treaty of friendship between Nazi Germany and Stalin's regime on September 28, 1939
WWII was really announced.
Event that happened in 1938 in Munich was a weakness, a cowardice of Europe
and certainly Europe's fear of Stalin's regime which destroyed a millions own people in 1933,
1937.
But a treaty of friendship between Stalin's regime and Hitler's regime is something else.
It shows a real face of stalinism and nazism and openes the truth about their deals to divide Europe.
Mr.Putin is so proud about a victory in 1945. But I am sure that Mr. Putin himself did not
know about Stalin-Hitler pact until 1976. Also Mr.Putin forgot that Stalin's regime in 1939 started murdering
a millions people on Europe's territory occupied by Stalin's regime. Hitler was doing the same. It shows the
same nature of nazism and stalinism.
Stalin's regime always lies to own people. In 1941 people of USSR did not know
about Stalin-Hitle pact. And still now in 2009 60% of Russian people do not know about Stalin-Hitler pact at all. Not only
this but they still think that WWII began in June 1941 but not in September 1939. It shows that a real present-day politics
of Russia still lives in the past and does not think about a future of Russia and Russian people.
But today on September 1, 2009 was made a some progress. Russian Prime Minister Vladimir
Putin condemnation of the Stalin-Hitler pact is a step in the right derection for a better relationship with other countries.

Uliyanovsk, Russia
Fire at the Russian navy depot was extinguished. The blusts were occurred on November 13,
2009 ( 4 p.m.). In result of an accident two navy man dead, eight people in the hospital, 60 people were seriously wounded,
230 buildings were damaged, more than 1500 people were evacuated. Russian authority declared a state of emergency
in the city Uliyanovsk. An investigation into the case of the accident is currently underway. Head of the Russian Navy
admiral Vysotsky arrived to the scene of accident.

At night of November 20, 2009 non-standard situation occured on the Russian submarine which
belong to Russian BSF. The submirine sent distress signal and most interesting that Russian submarine's location was in
150 km from Sukhumi. There was no official statemant from Russian Genaral Staff as usual.

Ulyanovsk, Russia
The blust was occured again at the Russian navy depot in Ulyanovsk.
Eight people of Russian military unit were killed, two people were wounded. They were working
at the scene of explosion which occured of November 13, 2009 at the Russian navy depot.

According to Russian authority a Russian submarine Alrosa which sent distress signal off
the Black sea cost near Sukhumi is being towed by Russian ship Epron to Novorossiysk.
Russian submarine was broked down near Abkhazia at night of November 20, 2009 during combat
training. On November 21, 2009 the crew sent SOS. Russian Fleet authority sent two military planes and ship to safe the crew.
Eventually Alrosa is being towed not to Russian Black Sea Fleet temporary base in Ukrainian port of Sevastopol but to
Russian BSF home port of Novorossiysk. So, Russian submarine's technical problem was more sirious than was reported.

The launch of Russian submarine's missile has been potponed for a second time.
On November 24, 2009 planned launch of Russia's trouble missile Bulava was posponed. Next
missile launch will be in the end of December. If the next launch will be failure the start of building of new
submarine (which was planned in December) will be impossible. The Bulava missile is designed for new Borei class submarine.

The accident on Russian railway on November 27, 2009.
Despite the statements of Russian authorities, it is not clear what has really
happened and we will never learn the truth about it.
In the result of the accident of the train Nevsky Express which happened half way between
Moscow and Saint Petersburg, 26 people were killed, 97 seriously injured and 41 missing.
Beginning in 1996 until 2001, the Russian railway administration spent billions of dollars
in investment into the overhaul of tracks and infrastructure of this railway. But nothing was done. It seems that money
was embezzled.
And now the assertions of Russian authorities about a terrorist act look implausible because
the version of an explosure would cover up the kickbacks received by officials from this huge investment and divert
the investigation from the embezzlement.
By the way, the Nevsky Express trains were scheduled to be removed from service on
December 17, 2009 and replaced with a new express train.
What happened is a bright example of graft and high-level corruption in Russia, which was
paid for with human lives.

Uglovka, Russia
Journalists are banned from the site of the accident. Three members of the Russian mass
media are arrested. It seems that the Russian authority are hiding the truth about the accident.

23:35 P.M. - only after 2 hours rescue workers arrived to the scene of accindent
During two hours before a help arrived the passengers of the train tryed to help other passengers
who were dying and seriously injured. The train's personal was trying to help too but they did not have any equipment even
stratchers to carry people out from the scene of the accident. The accident happened in the forest area, where is no roads,
no hospitals, no place to land a helicopters or planes. But there is a military base close by but Russian authority did not
offer any aid and help to dying people. The hospital which located 40 km from the scene of the accident does not have any
surgical rooms for performing surgery. Many people have died because they have not received help in time. Until the morning
of November 28, 2009 ( 5 A.M., local time) Russian authority did not give permission to start rescue people from
most damaged carradge of the train. We will never know how many people have died because they have not receved help in
time.
But according to Russian media around 50 people were killed.

Russian public does not belive the official story of the accident which occurred on November
27, 2009 near Uglovka but they can not do anything about it. Maybe old slogan is correct and Russian people get govenment
they deserve.

In 2007 Russia bought new espress train for 600 million euro. The Russian railway administration
recieved 20 billion rubles to build new track for new express train and make the railway's reconstraction. They have
not built a new tracks. They haven't made any reconstaction of very old Saint Petersburg - Moscow railway. In May
of 2009 they started testing new express train Sapsan ( 250 km/hour) for operaton on this road. 44min. before the accident
which occurred on November 27, 2009, Sapsan was performed the same test. Following Nevsky Express was moving with high speed
too ( 180 km/hour).
So, old track just collapesed. Many people were killed and injured. And of course what
happened is the result of high-level corruption in Russia. Official story of the accident is just cover up
of the real problem.

After the accident injured and dying people recieved help from regular folks,
including members of transport police who were in the train, from a local authority of Uglovka, from medical staff of local
medical facilities. But of caurse they did not have enough equipment, only two ambulance cars which could
not ariive to the scene of the accident because there is no roads. But passengers of the train have not recieved help from
Russian military base which was close by and from Russian autorities. The Russian railway authorities did not do anything
to help. When the railway workers arrived to the scene of the accident they did not have any havy aquipment to help carry
passengers out from most damaged carradge of the train. Most passengers have died inside the carradge because of it.

After Nevsky Expess accident many people have died because they have not received
help in time. Russian officials who are responsible for it: Russian Emergency Situation Minister Sergy Shoigu, Russian Prime
Minister Vladimir Putin, Russian President Dmitry Medvedev, President of Russian Railways Vladimir Yakunin.
Today announcement of Russian Railway officials that new Expess train Sapsan
"project" will be open in December shows that corruption of Railways administration in Russia has support from high- level
government officials. The Russian railway is old and not ready for new express train. It is dangerous for public.
