Ukraine has for this project infrastructure, excellent professional builders, Ukrainian ships yards. This project will give Ukrainian people jobs, helps Ukrainian Navy and gives Ukrainian people oppotunity to face the future with confidence. Ukraine has to propose other Eastern European countries to be involved in this project. If this project will be successful, so, and Eastern Europe will has security. Responsibility of the future of Ukrainian people in your hands. If Ukraine's autority will not do it , it shows us that they think not about Ukraine but about own interest.

The arrogant attitude of many Russian politicians, Russia's government-controled TV channels and press to Ukrainian politics and politicians might meet demands of the Russian elite but not Russian people.
Ones watched such reports, it makes especially educated Ukrainians less symphathetic towards Russians as a nation, and increase skepticism about the future of Russian-Ukrainian relations.

November 26, 2009
Russian border guards killed Ukrainian man when he was trying to cross Russian-Ukrainian border. It is not clear what really happened. They shot him in the back when he was trying to escape to Ukrainian territory. After they killed him Russians told that the watercraft equipment was found in man's car.
In this "accident" Russia shows itself as a hostile nighbor. This will give opportunity for many Ukrainians to understand a real Russia's politics toward Ukraine.
It is clear shows that Ukrainians and population of Moscow kindom had never shared commen history because different mentallity and history of two different nations.
Kyiv Republic State was Ukrainian Republic State but Moscow kindom was not exist until the time of Ivan IV and later (changed name to Russia and later to Soviet state) was always totalitarian regime.
Ukrainians was always people who love democracy:  In time of Kyiv Republic state, Zaporozh Kazak's State, time of  1917-1920  and now .

An accident on Russian- Ukrainian border might effect  Ukraine's people's election choice.

On December 7, 2009 Deputy foreign ministers of Ukraine and Russia, Volidymyr Hondohy and Georgy Karasin will hold consultation on the border demarcation. Negotiators will discuss the issues related to the land and see border between Ukraine and Russia.
Last accident ( which happened on November 26, 2009) when Russia border guards killed Ukrainian shows that the pboblem is out of hands.
Ukraine have always insisted that the lack of the legal status and the demarcation carries numerous risks, including those that may end in the loss of lives. During 18 years Russia was delaying the demarcation of the Ukrainian-Russian border. It is time to resolve this problem.
